Chef al Mando Privacy Policy
- Effective date: [TBD: effective date (first deploy date)]
- Publisher: Dongmin Yu ("the developer")
- Contact: ydm2790@gmail.com
The developer does not collect personal information inside Chef al Mando ("the game"). For the game, the only information the developer receives is the test information in section 4 and the messages in section 5. Section 6 separately describes the information processed when you visit this website.
1. Information the game collects
The game collects no personal information, including names, contact details, device identifiers, or location, and it has no accounts.
2. Information stored on your device
To let you continue playing, the game stores the following only in its own app storage on your device.
- Campaign records: whether each service is completed, best orders served and profit, attempt counts, and the state of a service in progress
- Settings: language, sound effects, and text size
The game never sends this information to the developer or anywhere else, and deleting the game deletes it from the device. If your device backup (iCloud Backup or Android backup) is on, the operating system may include this information in the device backup and restore it to a device restored from that backup. Copies kept in a backup follow Apple's or Google's backup settings and policies.
3. Network and third parties
The game does not connect to the internet and uses no advertising, analytics, or external services. The App Store and Google Play handle buying the game and the payment, and the developer receives no payment methods or payment details. The developer does not share the information received under sections 4 and 5 with third parties.
4. Test distribution
If you get the game through TestFlight or a Google Play test, Apple and Google process tester information under their own privacy policies. TestFlight may send the developer the feedback you submit (comments and screenshots), crash reports, and installation and usage records; if you were invited by email, the developer also knows the name and email address used for the invitation. If you join a Google Play test, the developer knows the email address added to the tester list. The developer uses this information only to run the test and fix problems in the game, and deletes it one year after it has finished handling it.
5. Contact
If you email ydm2790@gmail.com, the developer receives your email address and your message, including any device, OS, and app version details you include. The developer uses this only to reply and fix problems, and deletes it one year after it has finished replying and handling it. Send privacy requests to the same address.
6. This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising, analytics, or third-party scripts. It serves its own fonts and images, so opening a page sends no requests to other services. This website is served by Vercel Inc. ("Vercel"). Vercel processes access logs (IP address, time of request, requested address, and browser information) to deliver the pages, under the Vercel Privacy Notice. In the Vercel dashboard, the developer can see the time of request, requested address, browser information, and serving region from these logs, and records older than one hour are no longer shown there.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
