Chef al Mando Terms of Use
- Effective date: [TBD: effective date (first deploy date)]
- Publisher: Dongmin Yu ("the developer")
- Contact: ydm2790@gmail.com
These terms set the conditions for using Chef al Mando ("the game"), a mobile game provided by the developer. By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms.
1. Relationship to store terms
If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to it. These terms apply alongside that agreement to the extent they do not conflict with it; where the two differ, Apple's agreement prevails for the App Store copy of the game.
If you got the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to buying and using it.
2. License
The developer grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the game. The rights to the game and to its graphics, sounds, code, and name belong to the developer or their rightful owners. Licenses for the open source components in the game are listed under Open source licenses in the game's settings.
You must not:
- modify the game or distribute a modified copy
- resell the game or use it commercially
3. Purchases and refunds
- The App Store or Google Play handles buying the game and the payment; the developer does not handle payment details.
- The game has no ads and no in-app purchases.
- Refunds follow the refund policy of each store, and refund requests go to the store where you bought the game.
4. Data on your device and deleting it
- Campaign records and settings are stored only in the game's app storage on your device; the developer does not keep them.
- Deleting the game deletes those records from the device. Copies kept in a device backup (iCloud Backup or Android backup) follow your operating system settings, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- The game has no way to move records to another device. Because the developer does not keep records, the developer cannot restore records lost by deleting the game or changing devices.
5. Updates
- The developer may provide updates to the game through the stores, and an update may change how services are made up or balanced.
- If an update changes a service, a service in progress may have to start over.
- The developer may change the game or stop providing it. If the developer stops providing the game permanently, the developer will give notice a reasonable time in advance on this page or on the store page.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant that the game will be available without interruption or free of errors, or that it is fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game. Where the developer is liable, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
This section does not apply to damages caused by the developer's intent or gross negligence, or to liability that consumer protection law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the game after the effective date of the changed terms, you are treated as agreeing to the change.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute about using the game is first to be settled by discussion through the contact below; if that fails, it goes to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
10. Contact
